Any voluntary return policy offered by NORETI operates in addition to your rights under applicable consumer law.

Under the Australian Consumer Law, consumers receive automatic consumer guarantees when purchasing goods. These rights cannot be excluded by store policies or contractual terms. ACCC

Where a product fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy such as a repair, replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances and nature of the failure.
